    PLEASE NOTE THAT BUILDING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE BUILDING.

  11. IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED THAT YOU CHECK THAT NO PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES ARE OUTSTANDING & THAT A FINAL WATER METER READING HAS BEEN OBTAINED FOR THE BUILDING IN WHICH YOU WILL OCCUPY.

Representatives from the City of Taylor are hereby authorized to access the property for the purpose of investigation associated with this application.

  14. Applications will only be held 60 days from the date of submittal. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

    After use has been approved, please schedule your Commercial Re-occupancy inspections, apply for your Business License & call Fire Dept. for inspection.

  15. Please see Table A.1 of the City of Taylor Zoning Ordinance for Uses Permitted by Zoning district. Uses requiring a Special or Regulated Land Use Approval will be denied and the applicant may apply to the Planning Commission by the site plan application procedure.

  17. After your use has been approved, please submit a Re-occupancy Inspection Application and a City of Taylor Business License Application. You will also need to contact the Fire Department for a fire inspection.
